OPS Services recommends service to your doors to be carried out every six months for a commercial garage door (based on 60 operations per day or more).
Service includes: Full inspection; Spring tension adjustment. Motor
drive chain adjustment where applicable; Lubrication to all moving parts. Standard service is limited to the above and does not include accidental damage repairs or replacement parts. Temporary repairs may be done
to maintain operation. A quotation will be submitted for subsequent necessary repairs where required.
